The primary challenge was the lack of a standardised testing model to validate complex advisor flows (like CLM and Portfolio Management) before they hit the expensive development phase.

I moved beyond execution to Governance, defining the standardised testing methodology for the Digital Wealth team.
Authored the Internal Technical Standard for Usability Testing, a 5-phase hybrid model (Define > Prepare > Execute > Synthesise > Iterate) utilising AI-simulated personas to accelerate validation cycles.

I pioneered a combined In-Person and AI-Assisted testing model, utilising AI-simulated personas and Nielsen Heuristic prompts to conduct rapid "Pre-validation" before moving to live participant sessions.

Design System Architecture (IC11)
served as a core architect for the IC11 Design System, managing a comprehensive library of 592 functional components. To ensure platform-wide scalability, I engineered every component to be fully responsive across three distinct breakpoints (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop), reducing front-end development debt and ensuring a "Single Source of Truth" for over 700 global clients.
Technical Governance
I authored the Standardised User Testing Process Document, a 5-phase model (Define, Script, Execute, Synthesise, Iterate) now used as the departmental benchmark for validating complex financial flows. I integrated AI-simulated usability testing alongside live sessions to identify Nielsen Heuristic violations 40% faster than traditional methods.
Financial Data Visualisation
I specifically engineered the technical specifications for complex data tables and heat maps. This included defining the behavioural logic for multi-tier column sorting and expanding the system's token library to include ADA-compliant semantic colours, ensuring 100% WCAG 2.1 accessibility for sensitive financial indicators.
Regional Productisation and expansion (Singlife)
I served as the primary bridge between InvestCloud’s global product standards and the specific regional mental models of Southeast Asian financial advisors. I maintained a design tracker to track the migration of legacy advisor screens, ensuring that customised Asia-market features remained technically compatible with the core global product.
